The name The Precious Pearl Project is inspired by two powerful biblical references: Proverbs 3:15 and Matthew 13:46.

In Proverbs 3:15, it says, “She is more precious than Jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her.”This verse speaks to the immeasurable value of wisdom and truth, which we believe can be found in God’s Word. We see this wisdom as something precious—just like a pearl—and we want young women to know how priceless the truth of the Gospel is.

In Matthew 13:46, Jesus tells the parable of the pearl of great price, where a merchant finds a pearl so valuable that he sells everything he owns to possess it. This story reminds us that the kingdom of God, and the truth of Jesus Christ, is the most valuable thing we can possess. It’s worth everything, and we want to share that truth with young women across the country, offering them the opportunity to find the ultimate treasure—the Gospel.

Just as a pearl is formed over time and with great care, we believe every young woman has the potential to grow in faith, and we want to be a part of that journey, offering the priceless gift of God’s Word to them.
